Application:
1. High chromium alloy A05: The grade of this material is:
KmTBCr26, referred to as Cr26 (chromium 26), = This material is
more wear-resistant, suitable for a variety of conditions.
2. High chromium alloy A07: This material is more wear-resistant
than A05, and its chromium content is a little higher than A05.
More suitable for strong abrasive field prices will also be higher
than A05.
3. High chromium alloy A49: This material is more corrosion
resistant and acid resistant than the material of A05 and A07, and
is used more in general desulfurization projects. Power plants,
metallurgy and so on.
These metal impelers, A05 material price civilian, wear resistance
can be applied to general conditions, so the A05 impeller is the
most used in the slurry pump. If we have a high concentration of
grout, a lot of particles, and you want more wear resistance then
use A07. If the slurry and acidity are relatively large and
corrosive, you can choose A49 material. It's just that the price
will be higher than the A05. You can choose according to the needs
of the scene.
4. Rubber material: This material is made of metal skeleton, lined
with a layer of wear-resistant rubber. This material is suitable
for the use of particles without sharp corners in the slurry. It
will cost a little less than metal. It is used more in sewage
treatment projects.
5. Ceramic lining material: This material is the same as rubber
material, only the rubber lining is changed to ceramic, this
material is relatively corrosion-resistant but not wear-resistant,
and the cost is higher.
